Sessions = unique benefit-finder users in the window. Qualified = number of distinct benefits our matcher flagged as potentially eligible. Applied = users who clicked through to a benefit's official application portal or replied "yes" to our 24-hour follow-up email. Verified outcome value = sum of estimated annual benefit value for rows in status applied / approved / received.
