CHAPTER X

Of the issuing of certificates

Art. 38. The General Division of Civil Administration has the power of issuing, in the name of the governor general and in the tenor of the order of article 8, of the decree of September 9, 1874, teachers' certificates at the recommendation of the board of supervision and oversight. [57]

Art. 39. The teachers' certificates shall contain the marks which they shall have obtained and the class of the school for which the certificates entitles them.
