The _French_ Fleet by the help of the great Guard, Of great _Neptune_ and his Tridentary Soldiers Shall gnaw _Provence_ by keeping great company, Besides, _Mars_ shall plague _Narbon_ by Javelins and Darts.

Here be two things designed in this Stanza one is concerning _Provence_, which shall be eaten up by Soldiers, and the other concerning the City of _Narbon_, which shall be Besieged, or the Citizens fall out among themselves.
