The noise of the unwonted Bird having been heard, Upon the Canon of the highest story, The Bushel of Wheat shall rise so high, That man of man shall be _Antropophage_.

This is a prediction of a mighty Famine, wherein men shall eat up one another, when an _unwonted Bird_ shall be seen and heard to cry, being perched upon one of the biggest pieces of _Ordinance_.

_Antropophage_ is a Greek word, signifying a _Man-eater_, from ἄνθροπος, _homo_, and φαγος, _comedens_, of which sort of men there be too many already.
