English.

Those of _Geneva_ shall be dried up with hunger and thirst, A near hope shall come when they shall be fainting, The _Gebenna_ Law shall be upon a quaking point, The Navy shall not be capable to come into the Port.

Here you must observe that _Gebenna_ in Latine signifieth _Geneva_, and therefore this whole Stanza is concerning the City of _Geneva_.
