The sense of all this is, that when a Meadow that was a _Fish-pond_ before, shall be Mowed, the Sign of _Sagittarius_ being in its _Auge_ or ascendant, then shall _Plague_, _Famine_, and _War_ Reign, and that age (which a Century of years shall be near its end and renovation _viz._ of another Century.)
